PRICING & AVAILABILITY
All product prices are in Sterling (£) including VAT at the current UK rate and exclusive of delivery. We reserve the right to change any advertised price before accepting an order. All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a refund for the unavailable product(s).

We guarantee that all advertised products are 100% genuine and brand new.

DELIVERY
We are currently only able to service customers in the UK market. All deliveries are sent out using Royal Mail and may require a signature on receipt. We aim to dispatch all deliveries within 2 working days of receiving your order. Any queries or questions regarding our online shop, please call us on 020 3601 7979 or email info@sheerlaserclinic.com. Due to the nature of ordering on the Internet it is not possible for you to specify a delivery date, however, you can nominate an alternative delivery address if this is more convenient. Simply fill in an alternative delivery address when you place your order.
ORDER PAYMENT
We accept all major UK cards for payment online. Payment will be debited from your account before despatch of your purchase. We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from Sheer Skin Clinic.
RETURNS
If a product has been damaged in transit or is faulty, please email us at info@sheerlaserclinic.com or alternatively call us on 020 3610 7979 within 3 working days of receiving your order to arrange a replacement or a refund and return of the faulty product by second class post. In such cases we will refund the postage cost of returning the item and any replacement will be sent with no further P&P charge.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
Orders are normally despatched to you within 2 working days of receipt by us. If you wish to cancel BEFORE we have sent the products, you must do so by phone and confirm by email at the same time. If your order has not been sent, it will be cancelled and there will be no charge whatsoever.
If you change your mind and cancel AFTER your order has been sent to you or after receiving the goods the following procedures apply:
When you receive your order, as per the EU Distance Selling Directive, you have a “cooling off period” of 7 days to return the ordered products if you have changed your mind and wish to cancel. The goods must be returned unused, unopened and in the same condition as they were originally despatched from Sheer Skin Clinic. We will not accept for exchange or refund any item which has been used or is not in the exact condition in which it was despatched by us
You must contact us by email to confirm which items are being returned and for what reason. You will be requested to return the goods by second class post (we recommend you get Proof of Posting) and will be required to pay the cost of returning the goods. There will be no refund of the cost of postage and packaging when returning the products. Any free gifts associated with an item must be returned at the same time. Please return them to the address at the bottom of the page along with a note of your details and the reason for return. Refunds will be made to the original charged account within 7 days of receipt of the returned goods.
These conditions do not affect your statutory rights
ORDER CONFIRMATION
You will be sent an e-mail confirming receipt of your order with Sheer Skin Clinic. We reserve the right to decline any order. All orders are accepted subject to our Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Personal and credit card details are sent to us using secure Internet Technology. This provides a secure link between your computer and our site when transferring personal and payment information. We take all reasonable care, in so far as it is our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from Sheer Skin Clinic.
DATA PRIVACY
We will not and do not supply any of your details to any third party at all. We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office and are in line with the Data Protection Act 1984. The privacy of your personal information is very important to us. Please see our privacy policy. From time to time we may send you e-mail notifications of new arrivals or promotions from Sheer Skin Clinic. In all e-mails you will be given the option to be removed from our mailing list, which will mean removal of your details from our mailing list. You will not be sent future correspondence unless you request to be added to our mailing list at a later date. If you have saved your login details, you may also opt out or in from future mailings by changing your mailing list options. Sheer Skin Clinic will not pass on any of your details to third parties unless required to do so as part of the order verification process or if required to do so by UK governing law.
As a statement these Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Sales on this website are governed by English law and you agree to submit any dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. All orders are subject to these Terms and Conditions.
